The Harvest Kitchen is eagerly awaiting the arrival of two dozen food, nutrition, and health professionals visiting the farm tomorrow for a four-day conference hosted by Field to Plate. We hope it will be a great opportunity to share our love of healthy, farm fresh food with people from across the country. Throughout the next few days we will be touring the farm, harvesting produce, learning about nutrition, cooking together, and (our favorite part!) eating together. Thank goodness the garden is FULL of kale!
